My 4-Hour Workday, Powered by iOS

“We touch our phones an average of 2,617 times a day.”

Most people look at that stat and think: “Yikes, I need to use my phone less.” I had a different reaction: “What if I could make every one of those touches more useful?”

After surviving a stroke and spending seven months in hospital, I had to completely rethink how I worked. I could no longer push through 10-hour days. Energy was limited. Time was precious. And the only way I could rebuild my business was by working smarter, not longer.

Today, I run a profitable solo business in just four hours a day. And the secret? Not hustle. Not hacks. iOS.

Apple’s mobile ecosystem — my iPhone, iPad Pro, and a handful of brilliant apps — powers my entire workflow. It helps me stay focused, automate the boring stuff, and make real progress without burning out.

Here’s exactly how I do it.

The Setup: A Business That Fits in a Backpack

You won’t find a huge monitor or a dual-screen desk in my office. In fact, most days, I’m working from an iPad Pro with Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil, or from my iPhone while walking.
