The iPad is a remarkably versatile and adaptable device. However, it has its limitations. I don‘t want to dive into the iPad vs. Mac(Book) discussion because I have a clear standpoint about this:
The iPad will never be a full-on Mac replacement. However, the synergy of Mac and iPad makes using both devices simultaneously the most productive combination of devices.

What I want to say is that the iPad is the most powerful accessory for the Mac. And this is no coincidence — Apple has equipped both devices perfectly for this purpose. The iPad and Mac work together seamlessly thanks to great software features.
