Planning on submitting your App to Apple?

Perhaps you are in the beginning stages of development and are considering them, or you have already completed your App and are ready to send.

Unlike other tech companies when sending them products for you like Amazon, Google or Valve, the conditions you have to meet with Apple are not only stringent but at times, logic-defying.

One can argue the reason Apple appears to create standards that make it unnecessarily difficult and complicated for developers, compared to most other equivalent companies’ services is due to the high saturation of Apple’s Apps due to its massive brand; so filtering developers out by any sustainable means is necessary, right? However though this may make sense in a general casual sense, when it comes to US law, which Apple is supposed to abide by, and the principles of a free market, Apple has been known on many accounts to try to be above the law in these cases in order to “filter out” more submissions.

Since Apple is not under imbecilic management, they will have to concede when you push them on these issues. You may not know this or understand why you may be treated - what seems to be unfairly - so that is why I will share my story and what I learned to provide tips to…
