tvOS 17 Beta Released — Everything You NEED To Know!

The TV box gets some massive upgrades

Apple releases tvOS 17 Beta this WWDC.

Though not so behemoth, the update brings some much-needed improvements & facelifts to the UI — alongside a couple of (amazing) new features.

I’ve installed it on my Apple TV 4k 2nd Gen and’ve listed all the major changes (which I think are) below.

Supported devices → Apple TV 4k (2nd & 3rd Gen) and Apple TV HD.

Why I’m Not Upgrading To The Latest Apple TV 4k

#1. Much-Needed UI Changes

(1) Time at the top & New Control Center

As you wake up your Apple TV, you’ll find time at the top-right corner — that didn’t exist in tvOS 16.
