What do you think of Apple’s £700 Mac Pro wheels?

Apple has always been known as a company which charges high prices for its products. Whether you agree with this or not, that’s up to you but you have to admit, this one is a step too far.

Apple has come out with a set of four wheels for Mac Pro users as a way to manoeuvre the computer around on the floor. Normally, one would be able to pick these up for a few quid from the local B&Q but Apple has decided to whack a £700 price tag on them which has caused an uproar across social media.

Apple has marketed them as being ‘custom-designed stainless steel and rubber wheels’ for its £45,000+ Mac Pro which is their super computer if you will.

But what I don’t understand is that they don’t come with any stoppers which surely would mean the computer would drift away on an uneven surface? I don’t want to have to spend another few pounds on some stops which would hold a total of around £50k worth of computer.

I’m sure they are nice and high quality but £700? Really? That’s just insane.
