On November 5th, 2019 we distributed the MADANA PAX (MDN) cryptocurrency to all participants of the MADANA Pre-Sale which concluded last year in October.

In this blog post, we will give you an overview of how to add MADANA PAX (MDN) to your Ethereum wallet.

Adding MADANA PAX (MDN) to Ethereum Wallet

Although we distributed the MADANA PAX (MDN) to the rightful owner's wallet addresses, most of the popular Ethereum wallets do not display new ERC-20 tokens by default.
To make MADANA PAX (MDN) visible you must use the “+ add custom token” function inside your wallet and enter this information:

Token Contract Address: 0x2062b7b18d631e8ae808E178F69b1bfbDff5D545
Token Symbol (Ticker): MDN
Decimals: 18

Attention:
Not every Ethereum wallet has the “+ add custom token” function. If this is the case for you, you need to import your private key to a wallet that supports the function of adding custom tokens. Confirmed wallets are:

How to add MADANA PAX (MDN) to MetaMask

  1. Open MetaMask and click on the “burger” menu icon.
  2. Click on the “ADD TOKEN” button.
  3. Select “Custom Token” tab.
  4. Enter this information
    (Token Contract Address): 0x2062b7b18d631e8ae808E178F69b1bfbDff5D545
    to the “Token Address” field.
  5. Click the “NEXT” button.
  6. Click the “ADD TOKENS” button.
  7. You are done.

How to add MADANA PAX (MDN) to MyEtherWallet

  1. Login in to your https://www.myetherwallet.com account.
  2. Click on the “+ Custom Tokens” button.

3. Enter this information:
Token Contract Address: 0x2062b7b18d631e8ae808E178F69b1bfbDff5D545
Token Symbol (Ticker): MDN
Decimals: 18

Into the respective fields.

4. Click on “Save”.

5. You can now see your MDN under “Tokens” to the right.
