What is the Tokenomics Paper about?
In the first part, we describe the problem we are aiming to solve with MADANA and compare current alternatives to our approach. This highlights the discrepancy between those who create data and those who are collecting it and benefiting on the data market. It emphasizes why we need an open data analysis market, where everyone can participate. Moreover we describe our view on one of the most important topics for crypto investors, the question about how to achieve a healthy token economy and have a reasonable utilization of the blockchain in a business model.
In the second part, we dive into the exact ecosystem measures that require our PAX token and explain what factors have an impact on the PAX value. We describe the different ecosystem participants, their roles and impact on the ecosystem, as well as the different incentives they have, to incentivize high-quality content and ultimately add value to MADANA. Furthermore, we are looking at the effect of token velocity and the different mechanics that can be put in place to utilize PAX for solving problems, bring in incentives and stabilizing the economy growth. Our scaling strategy shows our roadmap to grow the platform and how it can be used in different contexts.
In the third and last part of the Tokenomics Paper, we list all the relevant information about the initial distribution of the PAX token, facts about the upcoming token sale, the token distribution and our allocation of funds.
