IT market is constantly expanding and growing. More and more industries need different IT specialists and less is left without the active automation and information systematization. In addition to that, there appears a necessity to update the already existing software.

- Software Developer (Annual growth for 253 400 jobs)
- Dentist (Annual growth for 23200 jobs)
- Physician Assistant (Annual growth for 39700 jobs)
As you can see, Software Developer is on the 1st place. However, with the increase of the number of softwares and community digitalization the following happens:

It means that the gap between those who use software development and those who create it is constantly increasing. It was much simpler to be a good developer 5–10 years ago. Now it is easy to be a usual programmer, but to become a good one is extremely hard. You need to know how to deal with the services at high load, use algorithms, math and to have the quick and inquisitive mind.
