We are very excited to announce new features and updates for our year 2020 first release of Madiwor Packaging and Print Suite.

Our update for the beginning of 2020 includes more than 200 improvements that demonstrate the business scalability our products offer!

New Panels in Dashboard

There are new panels to incorporate into the desktop that will allow you and your team to have immediate access to key information in day-to-day management. Example of these include performance information, alerts to track quotes and price calculations that require approval.

RealTime Monitor and Daily Reports

It is now possible to visualize the daily reports together with the RealTime monitor data. In this way it is possible to carry out an accurate analysis of the performance of the equipment together with what is reported by the operator.

Madiwor Cotizaciones

We have incorporated Madiwor Quotes business solutions. This new system allows you to send quotes to your customers directly from Madiwor. The quotes have a professional format, they can be viewed on any browser or mobile device. It allows optional and multiple-choice items calculating prices dynamically. You will also get a confirmation when the customer has seen the quote, and thus choose the best time to contact him. Madiwor Quotes also allows you to attach images and files to enhance improve the customer´s experience.

Group Materials

Grouping materials allows you to manage materials that are processed together as whole lot. Specially useful for converters that process hundreds of rolls. It is easier to perform traceability and assign their costs to the corresponding production jobs.

Customer Contacts

Add your contacts the customer´s profiles. Madiwor incorporates more CRM functions for customer relationship management. Added to estimating, quoting system, B2B and messages and comments to record the activities of the commercial team.

Request Approval for Estimates

We have included a new functionality that allows to improve the process flow for estimates management. Now is possible that whoever prepares the price calculation request your approval once it is finished. This generates an alert and will add this new estimate as pending for approval to your Dashboard.
