JOINING HANDS WITH WACOM!!

Over the years, we’ve had so many wonderful workshops and meet ups in Madrasters. A couple of months back, Wacom conducted a Design Salon show here in Chennai where Madrasters members contributed live art works during the session. At present, Wacom wants to market their products in Design Institutions in Chennai. To showcase their products they were in need of Artist to draw and explain people about Wacom. And so, they joined hands with Madrasters to perform this. On September 23, Madrasters was welcomed by Wacom to Reliance Big Aims (Anna Nagar) to conduct a session.

Jack Anto and Vinod Kumar AKA Artist Six, 2 member team visited to engage students about Wacom. The workshop started with a small brief about Wacom by Balaji, the Regional Manager of Wacom. Artist Six started demonstrating students by drawing on Wacom. More than 50 students participated in the program. Artist Six wrapped up the one hour session by displaying his work, with the ending note of Jack Anto introducing Madrasters to the students. The turnout was great and we hope everyone was able to learn a lot more than they already knew. We very much thank Wacom for this wonderful opportunity.
