How can I get the most out of my Maestra Transcript?

Maestra is packed with features to make your life easier. Here are 5 tips that can help you edit your files faster and more efficiently:

#1) Click anywhere on your transcript, and your video or audio file will automatically be synced to that time stamp. Everything in bold will be what was said previously, and everything not in bold, will be the words coming up.

#2) Click the “tab” key to automatically play and pause. No need to click the pause button and drag your mouse each time you want to edit.

#3) Use the search function to find specific words in your document:

#5) Share your transcript online using a simple link like this one: https://web.maestrasuite.com/t/-LnPGRYdELI_zuQq6_qh. Click “Share” then toggle “Public Sharing On.” Just remember that anyone with access to the link can view your files!
