Make it attractive:
Our mind always tends to choose the easy and simple way to do something, the thing that requires less resistance. So, connect your studies with an activity you love the most or create a separate and small area for your studies. For example, if you like chocolate, of course you will eat it. So, why not connect it with your studies? I'm going to tell you how. Say it simply, "I will eat this chocolate when I'm done with my homework or assignments for three subjects." After completing the assignments, you can eat the chocolate and this behavior will gradually turn into a strong habit after some days. Then, you will automatically prioritize doing assignments first because your mind will not allow you to eat chocolates before completing them. This is a simple way to connect your goal and habit.

Nowadays, for teens, there are a lot of distractions that don't allow them to focus on studies. For example, the mobile phone is an addiction that is very difficult to separate from our daily routine as it is also An essential device to boost up our daily routine tasks. To make its unnecessary use distasteful, you have to read its disadvantages. After doing that, you have to change the environment by putting books and a bag in front, while the mobile phone must be hidden. You must always keep its disadvantages and health issues in mind. As Hebb's law states, "Neurons that fire together wire together."
This means you have to repeat actions frequently to make it attractive and highlight the benefits of avoiding a bad habit to make it seem unattractive.
Take Interest:
