Carving Out Time for Old Cookbooks
a revived sixty-year-old cookbook
If you’re like most people, you have a cookbook, or forty, displayed on kitchen shelves or countertops. I have mine on a baker’s rack in my dining area. Some I’ve barely cracked open and others have been lovingly used to the point of food stains and wrinkled pages with ink being worn right off.
