4 Ways to Slow Down Aging — Food, Exercise, Molecular Hydrogen and PEMF

What is aging, it’s so simple, a question that most of us don’t stop to think about. We accept as normal that we will grow older, sicker and weaker until our bodies give up and we find out what happens when we die.

However as per research, aging is something completely different. Aging and the symptoms associated with it such as degeneration and the weakness are more like a disease. If you think of aging as a disease, could it really be cumulative and the reversible? And if so, how can you slow down aging? Here we learn about the factors of aging and 4 ways to slow down aging — diet, exercise, hydrogen therapy and electromagnetic therapy based on science and research.

How and why do we age?

The largest factor of aging is DNA damage. There are certain things that you can expect. DNA damage occurs before we’re even born in a womb. This damage accelerates overtime damaging tissues, organs and organ systems until the entire system fails and one gets foggy joints, heart conditions and death.

Normally around thirty you’ll start to lose energy and working out will be harder and you won’t be able to think as clearly as you can on somedays.

Around forty you could start using the excuse that you’re too old. Too old, to go out, too old to play, too old to learn new skills or change your ways. You could be over the hill and ply your good days are you thinking that half your life is over.

Around fifty everything starts to feel a bit grey, you could add more fat on your body and trade smooth skin for wrinkles. Then most people move slowly and forward to retirement around sixty. Aging is one serious disease and once it begins to set in, if you haven’t already then you would as well trade dinners out for doctors appointments and start giving up your hobbies.

At seventy is when vitality is slipping away. They’re outliers at this age, the grandparents who love to play with the grandkids and go play tennis on the weekends largely. This is when people start slipping deeper into illness, some make it to eighty and a few to ninety, even fewer make it to a hundred without trying.

How do you slow down the process of aging?

Of course, we know what happens after watching this process in a loved one is torture — a grandparent with Alzheimer’s, a father with cardiovascular disease, a mother with osteoporosis, a brother or sister with cancer. You think watching this process is hard. Just wait until you’re the one going through it.

We’re at a point where we can change this story if the largest part of aging, DNA damage can be prevented or repaired. Your choices can make a massive impact on how you age your choices, can either break your DNA faster or stimulate to repair aging. It’s inevitable you have a lot more control over it than you might.

By approaching the disease of aging from four levels.

The first is the easiest and it’s the foundation for the other three, and this is your daily food and lifestyle choices. Modifying these are the low hanging fruit that will give you most of your results. Get this part right and the other three levels are icing on your longevity cake. Get this part wrong, the other three levels are pretty much worthless. So when you look at your diet and lifestyle choices, the idea is to do more of the things that are helpful, that repair your body and less of the things that cause harm. Consuming nutrient-rich whole food as close to the source and as fresh as possible, focus on plant foods, get plenty of protein, avoid processed sugars and processed foods.

Next step is a little bit of intermittent fasting. By going hungry, one stimulates the healing process called autophagy, which is different from the constant digestion we normally face, and this healing has been shown in labs to extend lifespan. Smoking dramatically reduces life more than anything else, so don’t do that. Also with age, limit your drinks to one or two a week. If you choose to drink at all, movement is essential for your body and your brain to function optimally.

On the third level, address cleaner fuel for the body to operate and repair. Molecular hydrogen inhalation is one such technology that is lighter than air and yet a part of every food source and produces no waste on burning. Molecular hydrogen inhalation has anti-aging effects & use in neurological, cardiovascular, rheumatological and cancer conditions.

On the fourth level, understand the body’s bioelectric nature. EMF pollution has been found to have negative impact on health and wellbeing, whereas there are now electromagnetic therapies that heal the body’s electromagnetic field environment, allowing it to heal faster. If you haven’t heard of pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) therapy, this is an amazing magnet therapy for anti-aging. PEMFs have been under research and development since more than 70 years now, and has been found to be successful in many aging related disorders.

Think there is no mystical ruby potion to extend lifespan yet, but if you want to live long enough for us to make one, you have to start making great choices now, so you can live long.
