Whether we like it or not we’ve all suddenly found ourselves in the world’s biggest working from home experiment. Literally millions of people have had to work from home virtually overnight. We’re all human and are all different, so the way we’ll approach it, cope with it and come through the other side will be different.

There’s likely to be deep mental, physical and social impacts. But there will also be some huge learnings from which new ways of working will become the norm. There are tonnes of tips and tricks for effective home working out there already, so we want to go deeper than that and understand more about the impact on our behaviours and habits.

Get involved; we’ve asked friends, clients and colleagues to join us in ‘The Big Work from Home Experiment’. We’re running the study over 6 weeks and we’re asking participants to tell us what they like, what they don’t like, what motivates them, how they work on their own and collaborate with a wider team and we’re pulling together to stay sane and support each other.

We’re not asking for much of your time; each week you’ll be sent 2 surveys, each about 5 minutes — as well as informing the experiment, it’s a good way for you to check in on your progress and how you’re feeling. We’ll also set a quick weekly task; which will generally be a short video or an image relating to the experiment.

To say thanks for completing the study, you’ll be entered into a draw for your chance to win one of 3 prizes; a ‘Survive and Thrive’ WFH Hamper worth £100, and 2 x £25 Amazon Vouchers.

To join the study fill out this short questionnaire. We’d love to reach even more people, so if you’d like to take part, consider inviting 3 friends, colleagues or family members to join. Simply share the questionnaire link with them!
