After more than a decade of working with public agencies on data-focused projects, we’ve found three trends that are true in almost every agency we’ve worked with:
- Public agencies have comprehensive data capital and troves of institutional knowledge.
- They want to leverage data capital to optimize their operational decision making and reporting.
- Knowledge is often not organized in a way that allows for easy analysis and they don’t have the budget or time to fix it.

We’ve established the problem, but how do we help organizations under such budgetary, regulatory, and time constraints?
We provide predictive analytics that improve the organization’s operational bottom line. These tools will vary by project, organization, and data availability, and will be some combination of data visualizations and intelligent marketing powered by machine learning-trained models.
Our ultimate goal is ambitious and time-intensive, and there’s so many organizations that can use our help now. That’s why we also provide immediate impact by offering insights gained through data exploration in the form of data visualizations and dashboards. This takes minimal effort from the organization because we’re acting on already available data, and doing any manipulation necessary in-house.
We don’t want to be another consultancy. We treat every relationship as a partnership, continuing to work with organizations over time to mature their processes and ensuring that we’re assisting in the most impactful way. Our goal is always to provide targeted action items, and we’ll foster accountability and transparency by measuring the impact of our technology. We want to help create lasting change, not tell other people how to improve outcomes!
