A Coaching Conversation Example

In this video, you will see an early intervention practitioner use the reflective coaching components during a conversation with a child care provider. Together, they review recent plans for improving center time activities in the child care room and how it worked when the plans were put into action. They refer to a video the child care provider used to record center time activities and reflect on what they’ve seen in that video.
