Based upon the work of Dathan Rush and M’lisa Shelden, each segment contains a video and reflective opportunities, designed to provide support for the use of reflective coaching strategies in early childhood settings. Feel free to personalize your experience by engaging with one or more segments as you consider what information to explore, how much information to engage with, and what tools and strategies to adopt in your experiences supporting caregivers and educators of young children with disabilities.

In addition, there is a video example of colleague to colleague coaching conversation provided (Early Intervention provider and Child Care Provider) to demonstrate the reflective coaching strategies in action.
