MahaDAO Community Catchup #6 — April 2021
We welcome you to another edition in the series of community catchup articles. In community catchup #6, we would like to share with you all some of the major milestones in the month of April.

MAHA Staking Program
The month of April started with a bang. MahaDAO announced its second MAHA Staking Program to locking 200,000 MAHA tokens.
The 7-day open window saw MahaDAO lock more than 75% of the cap or 153,410 MAHA tokens, giving an approximate APY of 75% to April stakers(25% more than January Stakers).
MAHA Gurus Program
MahaDAO successfully announced and started its official Ambassadors initiative. The MAHA Gurus Program is an exclusive program for community members who have the necessary skill and will to take MAHA to the next level.
The Gurus Program will identify and utilize core community members and empower them to become evangelists for the project in the coming future.
Introducing $ARTHX
Unveiling ARTHX was one of the most talked about events in the month of April for the MAHA community.
We were all waiting to know how the new ARTH 2.0 protocol will function and ARTHX is one of the central elements of the protocol. It will absorb all volatility away from ARTH and make it a complete stablecoin.
$MAHA listing on Bithumb Global
MahaDAO was stoked by the listing of its MAHA token on Bithumb Global. This paves way for a lot of upcoming listing events for MAHA.
As MahaDAO rolls out ARTH 2.0 and provides resilient stability and long term liquidity for ARTH, MAHA along ARTHX will embrace more and more listings going forward.
ARTH 2.0 Gitbooks & Documentation
The official ARTH Gitbooks saw a major revamp in the month, as the team incorporated the new protocol design along with the updates and upgrades that will see the introduction of a new token, ARTHX.
The ARTH 2.0 Gitbooks will be a single point of reference for all protocol related documentation. Please note, that the FAQs, tutorials & the ARTH 2.0 Launch Plan will be updated as the launch date comes closer.

Double Safety with Audits + Beta Program
With ARTH 2.0, MahaDAO is determined to put security at the forefront of the product. The ARTH 2.0 platform will not only go under a thorough audit, but it will also see a major Beta program, where testers and key community members will try to break the platform and identify any UI/UX issues.
The Security Audit will be undertaken by not one, but two audit firms, Hacken and ImmuneBytes. The full audit report from both firms are awaited at the time of writing.

The Grand MAHA Economic Hackathon
The month of April ended just like it started; with a blast.
The MAHA Ecomonic Hackathon will see prominent researchers and economists from around the world come together to debate what a digital currency with a great store of value should look like.
