Are chat bots and conversations all the rage these days or am I just obsessed?

Jason Amunwa’s compelling article pushes us to evolve further and transform the way we think as designers; reiterating that at the core of UX, we need to design for humans.

“A brand is an intangible bond between a company and a person.” All I could think about reading this article was the parallel between building a brand and building a bond between a Na’vi and a Pandora direhorse?

Can I have a turn?

K2 agency offers some great wisdom designing a chat bot for a bank. “We needed to provide stop gaps for the users to confirm or cancel certain processes, so they would be fully aware that they are in charge.” Very insightful—even though the little avatar is a bit creepy.
