We have two rooms available for stay. The West Bedroom and the South Bedroom

‘The West Bedroom’ has 3 bunk beds and a convertible double bed. This room can accommodate 8 people. (Recommended maximum. 9 adults.)

Bear in mind that 3 of these beds need to be climbed on to by a ladder. In case of senior citizen groups or individuals facing physical challenges booking, please keep limitations in mind to avoid inconvenience.

The West bedroom has an attached bathroom.

Rs.8000/-for the full room. ( Extra person: Rs 750/ -).

‘The South Bedroom’ with 4 beds — Ideal for a family of four. (Recommended maximum. 5 adults.)

One bunk bed, and one single bed which can each be extended to a double bed are provided. The closest bathroom to this bedroom is right outside its entrance.

Rs 5000 for the full room. (Extra person: Rs 750/ -).

Bookings.

Please specify exact date and time and number of persons for best response.

Payment: Full payment to be made in advance.

Photo identification of the group leader and the members are required for administrative purposes.

Fresh bed sheets, blankets and bath towels will be provided at the beginning of your stay. If required, mats and extra beddings can be arranged at the nominal rates.

We encourage you to use the same towel through your stay.

Checking in and out

Check in at 12 a.m. If you arrive earlier, we may need to ask you to wait till the house-keeping process are finished and the place is ready to welcome you.

Check out at 10 a.m. If we do not have new guests arriving on the same day, we are happy to offer you a later check out.

Half day charges applicable for check out after 10 a.m. and before 4 p.m. Full day charges applicable for check out after 4 p.m.

Cancellation.

50% Cancellation charges on the tariff will be levied.

Food

The kitchen is large and open to the living room.

To prevent disturbance to other people in the premises, the kitchen shall function between 6 am and 10 pm.

Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk are stored for guest’s in-house use.

Complimentary mineral water is provided.

Complimentary ingredients like salt, pepper, and basic Indian masala powders like turmeric, red chili powder, jeera, dhania, mustard seeds and RISO brand cooking oil (rice bran oil) will be provided.

Gas, cooking vessels and utensils are provided.

A medium sized refrigerator is provided to store perishables.

Please exercise caution when using the facilities.

You may cook your own food. Non-vegetarian food is permitted.

If you do intend to cook, we provide the basic masalas, may we urge you to bring your own ‘special masalas’, as you will not have to run around for special items you may need. Suggest you pack your ‘masala-dabba’ along with the other provisions you will bring when you leave your home.

(Psst. Bring a few friends who are willing and love to cook. Help them with the cooking and other kitchen duties. See how wonderful working together feels.)

Contact numbers of local families who are willing to offer home-cooked food is provided. In most cases, they will require a minimum of 3 hours notice to prepare your order. You may verify from them if they will deliver the food or it will need to be picked up from their homes. (Please be considerate and give them enough time / notice to serve you seamlessly.)

You will settle your food bills with the caterer directly and immediately.

BBQ.

A brick barbeque is provided for use by the guests. You are advised to exercise sufficient care while using it. You may inform your need for charcoal / kerosene in advance. It can be bought and stored.
