#4). No Profile Picture

One of the most common mistakes salespeople make when sending email outreaches actually has nothing to do with the outreach itself.

Before you send your next sales email, make sure that you have a clear and professional profile picture associated with your email address.

#3). No Email Signature

Your email signature is a crucial part of your outreach.

And if you’re in sales, it should include your name, email, and contact number.

There are many different types of email signature designs to choose from, depending on what you are trying to accomplish.

#2). Bad Subject Line

Getting your prospect to open your email is more important than what’s actually in your email. Reason being, it doesn’t matter how well your email is written if you can’t get your recipient to open your message!

#1). Email Too Long

Keep your outreach short. If your sales email is longer than 2 paragraphs, you dramatically decrease the likelihood of having your email opened.
