In today’s competitive workforce, where highly-skilled young people tend to explore a few different companies in order to gain new skills and accelerate their careers, we’re proud that at Main Street Hub, we have so many employees who have chosen to stay on our team long-term.
Main Street Hub was founded in 2010 by our Co-CEOs Andrew Allison and Matt Stuart when they were students at Stanford Graduate School of Business. They wanted to create a business with a higher purpose — one that was mission-driven, values-centric, and where all employees could make an impact. The team started out small, but we are now powered by over 600 employees in Austin, TX proudly serving 10,000 small business customers — helping them elevate their brand online through compelling and creative social media content, authentic online review responses, and professionally-designed, branded email marketing.
We believe a strong culture starts with a strong team, so we’re celebrating some of our earliest team members. Whether it was their first job out of college, exactly what they were looking for when they decided to make a change, or the job that moved them from their hometown to Austin, TX, these Hubsters are telling the stories of how their journeys began at Main Street Hub.
