I hope you are doing well, and have found your Work from Home sweet spot.

It has been more than 4 months since I last published an edition of the Interesting Things. In this edition, I have curated some articles that have enabled me to see the world in a different light during this global crisis. Each of these articles has added value to how I see the world now and how I will see them from now onwards. Most of them are fairly long and you will have to be patient and read through them, but they are worth every minute you spend on them, every single minute.

  1. One of the top five articles I have ever read and definitely the best that has come out of this crisis — The Coronation by Charles Eisenstein
  2. Alan Lightman’s call to evaluate our priorities and hopefully take a step towards changing for the better — The virus is a reminder of something lost long ago, published by The Atlantic
  3. “Historically, pandemics have forced humans to break with the past and imagine their world anew. This one is no different. It is a portal, a gateway between one world and the next. We can choose to walk through it, dragging the carcasses of our prejudice and hatred, our avarice, our data banks and dead ideas, our dead rivers and smoky skies behind us. Or we can walk through lightly, with little luggage, ready to imagine another world. And ready to fight for it.” — Arundhuti Roy
These lines will forever be my guiding light as I figure out my way out of this pandemic — The Pandemic is a Portal by Arundhuti Roy

Thank you for reading. I hope you stay safe.
