Let’s roll

It has been a rough two weeks after a stellar week one, but respect the picks because the tide will turn. Lesser men would crumble in these trying times, but me, I will bounce right back and be better than ever. You have to shoot through the slump and that’s why we’re going 10–0 this weekend. No if, ands, or buts about it.

Let’s dive right in, here are the picks:

Buffalo -6 at Rutgers Noon BTN

Look, if you get railed by Kansas then you’re probably the worst team in college football. Rutgers is the worst team in college football. So when you have a 3–0 Buffalo team rolling in to play the worst team in football, and they only give 6 points, take the bet. Im riding the Bulls here all day.

Nebraska +18.5 at Michigan Noon FS1

Michigan is the most overrated program in sports history and they aren’t going to blowout a conference opponent in a noon game. Scott Frost is going to have this team playing better than the previous two weeks. Adrian Martinez is probably going to play. This will be a one possession game.

Akron +19.5 at Iowa State Noon ESPN+

Don’t know much about Akron, well ask Northwestern, the team they beat last week. Northwestern is better than Iowa State, so 19.5 points is patently absurd. Akron could honestly win this game. I would be shocked if they lose by any more than 14 points. They have a better chance to win this game then lose by 20.

Pitt -3 at UNC 12:30 ACCN

UNC is terrible. They got whooped by ECU a few weeks back in one of their more embarrassing losses in program history. Pitt has actually looked pretty decent this season, including a nice win last week. Pitt wins this game by several possessions and we cover with ease.

Bama -26 vs Texas A&M 3:30 CBS

I would be lying if I wasn’t a little nervous about this one just because of the history of this matchup. However, as much as it pains me as a Tennessee fan, I have decided to bet on Alabama every week until further notice. Now that they have a quarterback, this team is unstoppable. They can win this game by 50 if they really wanted.

South Carolina -1 at Vandy 4:00 SECN

DING DING DING!! Lock of the week. This line is absurdly low. This is a classic overreaction to past results. Vandy almost beat an overrated Notre Dame team that came out flat. South Carolina let a game get away from them against Georgia. South Carolina is still a much better team than Vandy though. Schurmer keeps the Dores in games, but USC wins this one by two possessions.

Syracuse -28.5 vs UCONN 4:00 ESPN News

Syracuse is going to score more than 50 points in this one. Dino Babbers is the man and he has the Orange rolling. The defense also looked great last week against Florida State. They might hold UCONN to less than 20 points and we cover.

North Texas -10.5 at Liberty 6:00 ESPN+

North Texas just beat Arkansas by nearly 30 points on the road. Now they play Liberty on the road. Basically, they are saying that the Flames, in their first season in the FBS, are almost 2o points better than Arkansas. No way Jose, North Texas blows em out.

Mississippi State -9.5 at Kentucky 7:00 ESPN2

Mississippi State is a borderline top 5 team in the country. They are going to physically dominate this game and force a handful of turnovers. Offensively they are going to run all over Kentucky. Mark Stoops is a below average head coach and he is going to get embarrassed Saturday night. LOCK OF THE WEEK PART 2! Dawgs win by 28.

Troy -4.5 at ULM 7:00 ESPN+

You think I woulda learned my lesson about betting against ULM but here we go again. Troy is one of the best group of 5 teams in the country though, and they just beat Nebraska on the road last week. In fact, they shouldn’t beat anyone in their conference by any less than 10 points all year, so we cover here.

Well that is all for the week. 10–0 here we come! Respect the picks because week 4 is really where we hit our stride. Happy Gambling!
