It’s about to be the best weekend yet.

Well folks, after a rough weeks 2 and 3, we’re officially back in the green after a solid 6–4 last week. Now it is time to really get rolling as this is one of the best weeks for gambling I have seen in a long time and I am really excited.

We have 12 games on the docket this week, and realistically, I don’t see any way we don’t go 12–0. This is a great week for some parlays if you’re into that sorta thing. We start out early this week with a pair of Friday games.

Without further ado, here are the picks:

Memphis -14 at Tulane Friday 8:00 ESPN2

Friday night games can be a little funky, but I really like this line. After a rough game against Navy, the Tigers have really found their groove on offense, scoring more than 50 in each of their last two games. Furthermore, Tulane just hasn’t played very good football this year. Unless we have a garbage time backdoor cover, we should get this one no problem.

Colorado -9 vs UCLA Friday 9:00 FS1

UCLA is 0–3 with losses to Cincy, Oklahoma and Fresno State. Besides Cincy, none of those losses have even been close games. In the Fresno State game, Chip Kelly had his team exercising on the sidelines mid-game to punish them for a lack of effort. Now you’re telling me that same team in going to go on the road against a sneaky good Colorado team and NOT get blown out. Yeah right, give me the Buffs all day baby.

WVU -3.5 at Texas Tech Noon ESPN2

West Virginia yet again has a top 5 offense in the country. The difference this year, well they actually have a pretty competitive defense too. The last time Texas Tech played a team with an offense like the Mountaineers was Ole Miss week one, and they got blown out. West Virginia has a better defense than Ole Miss. This one may stay close in the first half, as it is a sleepy noon start, but the fireworks will come and West Virginia wins by multiple possessions.

Syracuse +25.5 at Clemson Noon ABC

When are people going to stop sleeping on Syracuse. Dino Babbers is one of the better coaching prospects in the country and he has the Orange rolling this year. Eric Dungy has been lights out at quarterback. Clemson hasn’t looked unstoppable this year, and they are giving a Freshman quarterback his first start. This is a prime upset candidate as it is a noon game, and that stadium is going to be half asleep when this game starts. That can really suck the air out of a team. Syracuse already beat a better Clemson team last year. This will be a one possession game in the fourth quarter and we cover.

UCF -13 vs Pitt 3:30 ESPNU

Look, Pitt kinda sucks, and UCF is really good. The Golden Knights love games like this against power 5 opponents where they can really just beat the tar out of them and make a statement. UCF is an excellent team with an excellent offense and they might score 70 this weekend. No way Pitt comes within 30 points, as UCF is really just that much better. LOCK OF THE WEEK RIGHT HERE.

Purdue -3.5 at Nebraska 3:30 BTN

You really gotta feel for Purdue. They started off 0–3 and reasonably could have won all three. They are much better than their record indicates, and last week they showed that as they dismantled a ranked Boston College squad. Nebraska, on the other hand, kind of sucks this year. I don’t see any way that they can stop the Boilermaker’s freshman standout Rondale Moore. Purdue by at least a touchdown and we cover.

Old Dominion +7 at ECU 3:30 ESPN3

Look, I can think of like 15 FCS teams that can handle ECU, so the fact that they’re favored here by seven points is comical. The Monarchs didn’t get off to the start they wanted, but they found their quarterback last week and upset Virginia Tech in the process. They’re going to throw the ball all over the yard and the Pirates can’t keep up. Not only do we cover here, but Old Dominion wins outright.

Virginia Tech +4.5 at Duke 7:00 ESPN2

This line is a classic overreaction to last weeks results. If Virginia Tech doesn’t get upset last week, they’re favored by at least a touchdown. So you just have to decide how much stock you want to put into an upset like that. For me, it doesn’t change much. Obviously it was a terrible loss, but I still think they’re a good team. Fuente is a great coach, and they have something to prove now against Duke. The Hokies win outright in this one.

North Texas -7 vs Louisiana Tech 7:30 ESPN3

I have really fallen in love with betting on this Mean Green football team. They just keep whoopin some ass every week and Vegas just hasn’t caught on yet. The battle for the Sun Belt between them and Troy is going to be a great one to watch, and honestly North Texas has the looks of a team that could end up ranked come years end. Now they’re playing a Tech team that can’t stop the pass and they are only giving seven points… hilarious. They’re going to boat race them and win by three or more possessions. I love this line.

Marshall -4.5 at WKU 7:30 ESPN3

Wait, what’s this…. DOUBLE LOCK OF THE WEEK!!! Western Kentucky has been pretty terrible all season. This line just shouldn’t be this low. I’m not sure if its the brand recognition of Western Kentucky keeping it low or not, but this is not the Hilltoppers team of years past. The only time this game will be close is pregame warmups…if that. Give me Marshall all day!

BYU +17 at Washington 8:30 FOX

I don’t know if you’ve been staying up to watch Washington or not, but ever since they played a competitive game against Auburn, they really haven’t looked all that good. Certainly not 17 points better than BYU. They don’t match up well with BYU either. The Cougars are a much more physical football team than the Huskies and they will dominate the line of scrimmage all night. Washington is really going to struggle in this one and quite frankly, could very well lose. That’s why I’m about to make this my very rare… TRIPLE LOCK OF THE WEEK! THAT’S RIGHT, LET’S ROLL.

Oregon -1.5 at Cal 10:30 FOX

Nothing like some #Pac12AfterDark to wrap up a perfect week of gambling. And guess what…. IT IS THE RAREST OF THEM ALL.. QUADRUPLE LOCK OF THE WEEK! That’s right, we have four games that are absolute locks for the week. Go ahead and throw them together in a parlay. The only reason Cal is ranked is because nobody bothers to watch them, and the voters just saw their undefeated record. Oregon is a much better team, and they’re going to be eager to get back on the field after an embarrassing blown loss to Stanford. Unfortunately for the Bears, they’re going to take it out on them.

Well that’s all for this week. Looks like the easiest 12–0 I’ve ever seen so you might as well share this with your friends and family too. After all, doesn’t everyone deserve to make a little extra money.

Happy Gambling!
