A blue whale eats 16000 kilos each day. Elephants eat 200 Kilos each day. Yet they find enough in nature to survive for a long time. Even in extreme cases a human might eat 5 kilos each day. But most of the time we find ourselves not having enough, not being enough.

Every once in a while, we need to open our fridges and racks in the kitchen to witness the amount of food we have. Our wardrobes, to witness the number of clothes and shoes we have. Our bank accounts, to witness the amount of money we have. When we do this, we do this honestly, with all our heart.

Then with sincerity, we ask ourselves “Don’t I have enough?”
