End of Dualities…

One of the great category mistakes of human thought is the notion of duality — mind/body, body/soul, world/heaven, human/god and so on. Thereby many of us are taught that we can retain a pure mind even though we continue to exploit our body by drinking, having causal sex and so on and that we can keep the heaven and god pure while doing endless meaningless things in otherwise illusory life on this otherwise illusory planet.

Suppose we are very annoyed with someone in our mind, would we be happy if they come and touch our hands and pull our cheeks? Why not? If body and mind are separate we can be happy in this situation right? The more one reflects the more one realises that body and mind, soul and body, heaven and earth are intricately inseparable and are indeed one. There’s no heaven outside of this existence, neither is there a god outside of it. The future of our planet and well being of all beings is very much dependent upon ending this age-old sickness of dualism and discrimination.

Next time we make someone cry, god is weeping too. And when we dirty this planet earth, we are dirtying heaven right here and right now as well.
