From the depths of our heart, if we can get ourselves to stand in front of a plant and say: “like a mother, you nourish us. While you sustain yourself, you cause no destruction. I bow down to your wisdom and we, as a species, have a lot to learn from you”, this declaration is the highest form of prayer.

To pray is to go beyond the suffocating limitations of “human” intelligence. To pray is to see that everything, from butterflies to boulders, from birds to blue sky, is filled with mysterious displays of creativity and presence. To pray is to remain in an eternal awe of the harmony that pervades the entirety of existence~
