Sometimes we want the best in us to come out — when we meet our loved ones or colleagues. We try our best to do things and to show them that we really love and care for them. It can be true that we do care and love others deeply, but sometimes in an attempt to prove this, we plan to do so much that we end up being confused, guilty and not enough.

The best thing to do in such a scenario is to just remain fresh, simple, sincere and true within. We don’t need to do anything. If our love and care is sincere, it shows up in countless ways in a punctuated manner. In a non-verbal way. In things that are beyond our intellect, gifts and planning.

The power of sincerity is highly understated these days, with growing culture encouraging young children to be anything but sincere in an attempt to “network”. Sincerity can be subtle but it is very powerful. It is like simple water that can wear down the rocks of misunderstanding and wrong perceptions in other’s heart, slowly, without breaking or making a sound. Only a sincere heart can beget response from heavens~
