Wind from beyond…

On a hot tiring day, more than water, cool breeze can bring solace to our body and soul right away. Sometimes I like to think that our loved ones and our ancestors, from the realms beyond are blowing this wind for us, to comfort us way the way we comfort a small baby by blowing wind on baby’s forehead. When a gentle breeze visits us next time, we can smile fully and welcome it with all our being. Wind maybe a movement of molecules, but wind can also be a door or an object of insight that lets us reclaim our connection with our Mother Earth — who contains all our loved ones: of the past, present and future. Every object and every phenomenon can bring us back to our roots. This is the meaning of “universal door”.
