2018 Baltimore Make-a-Thon Case Study
BeeMore was founded as a means to serve the community and promote food justice in the challenged areas of Baltimore. The core priorities of BeeMore are to cultivate, educate and organize new beekeepers and bee-loving households. BeeMore provides concierge beekeeping services (complete beehive setup and maintenance) to residents in the Baltimore region.
BeeMore was looking for a new visual identity. Besides a logo, the organization was looking for guidance on a creative strategy. Through a strong brand, BeeMore hopes to recruit more beekeepers and residents interested in starting gardens to attract bees.
Their team consisted of three makers including Julie Kostic, Michelle Martir and Sean Heavey.
