2018 Baltimore Make-a-Thon Case Study
The Organization
Icing Smiles provides custom celebration cakes and other treats to families impacted by the critical illness of a child. The goal of Icing Smiles is to create a custom cake for the ill child, or their sibling, that provides a temporary escape from worry and creates a positive memory during a difficult time.
The Project
Icing Smiles needed help creating short videos that could be used on its website and social media. Ideally one video would focus on the families the organization serves and another would focus on the bakers who donate their time and talent to create custom cakes.
The Team
Their team consisted of two makers including Jacob Lee and Kyle Steinle.
