The average person receives 88 emails, spends 40 minutes on Facebook and is exposed to over 3500 advertisements per day. We, as humans, use emotion to filter our environment so we can focus on what’s important. Technology is great at scaling our environmental data, yet it fails to filter the outside world like a human. Too much noise, not enough signal.

So how do we extend humanity through technology?

We at CrowdEmotion believe that we can bring meaningful human connections back into the digital landscape.

It treats you as a logical problem. Hence, we humanize technology by enabling our devices to respond to you in a human way.

What Does CrowdEmotion do?

We are a software company that enables smart devices to understand user emotions and how they control decisions.

As intelligent self aware individuals we would like to believe we are able to express our opinions and preferences accurately. But often this is not the case. What we say does not match what we do. Emotions influence our decision making process on a higher level than we are able to perceive. Decisions we face every day from choosing which program to watch or brand of milk to buy are directly influenced by your implicit and unconscious emotions. Hence, our software has the power to make smart technologies smarter by listening to your implicit body language.

How do we do it?

We blend biometrics (in this case facial coding) with our cloud-based AI to capture emotional data.

In order to measure and understand implicit human emotion, we developed and distributed a cloud-based system that enables smart devices to capture and quantify emotional engagement. Using our CloudEmotion API we can help anyone tap into our system and put people at the centre of their business.
