Yesterday, Malala received an overwhelming amount of birthday wishes from around the world for her 18th birthday on social media. Malala spent her birthday with Syrian refugee girls in Jordan and Lebanon, and announced that she and the Fund are committing to support a new program to help Syrian refugee children succeed in school.
