Malala meets Hadea in Iraqi-Kurdistan during her Girl Power Trip stop in July.

#GivingTuesday is one week away — which means you have six days left to donate to Malala Fund and qualify to receive a phone call from Malala or her high-profile friends.

Now, we’re dialing it up a notch. Thanks to the generosity of the SPANX by Sara Blakely Foundation, all gifts made to Malala Fund through Nov‌emb‌er 2‌8 will be matched. This means your $50 gift is now worth $100.

And your donation will go twice as far to help more girls like Hadea, a 17-year-old Yazidi girl living in Iraqi Kurdistan. A small donation will make a big difference in her life.

When ISIS invaded Hadea’s village, she walked for nine hours through dangerous mountains to find safety. She hopes to become a writer one day to share her story, but her path to getting her education is still difficult. Her community cannot afford a bus, so she and her friends walk an hour each way to school.

Malala Fund is working to break down the barriers keeping girls like Hadea from completing their education. We want to help Hadea and her classmates get to school safely — but we need your support to make it happen.

What’s on the line come #GivingTuesday? A new school bus for Hadea and her friends.

Hadea says she will do anything to finish education. So let’s do everything possible to get her there.

Make a gift to Malala Fund and it will be matched dollar for dollar — meaning we can ensure a better future for twice as many girls.
