For Father’s Day, Malala asked her dad, Ziauddin about the importance of fathers who support their daughters’ dreams.

To celebrate Father’s Day on June 19, we’re honouring every dad around the world who sends his daughter to school and works for her equality.

Will you join Malala and sign her Father’s Day card to Ziauddin and all fathers who support girls’ education?

We have told many powerful stories of girls overcoming barriers to get an education — and often these stories wouldn’t be possible without a supportive father.

In Nigeria, Amina’s uncle wanted her to marry young — but her father stood up for her right to go to school.

In Syria, Raghad’s father was a doctor before their family fled the war. Now he works day and night in Turkey to pay $230 a year for Raghad’s school tuition.

Take a moment to celebrate these remarkable men and sign Malala’s Father’s Day card before Father’s Day on Sunday, June 19.
