Wow.

Yesterday I witnessed something amazing. On #GivingTuesday, thousands of Malala Fund supporters from around the world answered Malala’s call and invested in girls.

Thanks to the generous contributions from Malala Fund supporters, we will help even more girls in 2018. Will you join them and give today?

On Giving Tuesday, I joined Malala to call Malala Fund supporters and thanked them for fighting for girls’ education.

During my first few months in this role, I travelled with Malala to some of the toughest places in the world to be a girl. In Nigeria, Iraq and Mexico, I witnessed Malala Fund’s impact on girls struggling to overcome poverty, conflict and child marriage.

Malala Fund invests in local education champions who are working in these communities to keep girls in school. This past year we supported educators using technology to bring STEM courses to Syrian refugee girls in Lebanon, advocates confronting gender discrimination in Nigeria and activists training for young Pakistani women to become leaders.

We have made significant progress for girls, but we won’t stop working until every girl is in school. Your donations allow us to reach girls who need our help the most.

On behalf of the Malala Fund team and the girls we serve, thank you for your dedication and generosity.
