How to Find & Connect With Your Spirit Animal

Have you ever wondered which member of the animal kingdom best conveys with your soul?

Spirit Animals play huge roles in our lives. They aid in self-discovery and capture our imagination, giving us incredible avenues of self-expression and awareness.

Additionally, they assist in understanding our past, and if we are attentive, our animal totems can reveal glimpses of our future.

Observe Your Encounters

You’ve probably had dreams that involved certain animals. Maybe you’ve run into a certain animal over and over, whether it be in physical form or through art, stories or totems.

Take time to analyze your encounters with animals. Ancient civilizations believe that repeated apparitions meant an animal had chosen you and had a teaching for you.
