⛩ Kinto Ether.fi Rewards
Kinto is an L2 rollup designed to accelerate the transition to an on-chain financial system. It features user-owned KYC, AML, and native account abstraction to solve the biggest blockers to mainstream adoption: security and user experience.
TLDR
- Kinto received 44,270 ETHFI from Ether.fi seasons 1 and 2. 10,000 of them fully unlocked.
- The remainder will unlock on August 17th and September 16th.
- 100 were allocated to the Gnosis Safe of Kinto, and the rest to users.
- Kinto weETH holders have already received the remaining rewards in their wallets.
- These rewards cover all the deposits made from March 7th until July 1st.
- Rewards are proportional based on the amount deposited and the duration of the deposit
Since the last phase of our launch program on March 7th, users have been able to deposit WeETH into Kinto. To promote transparency, this post will explain the numbers and method for distributing all the rewards we obtained from Ether.fi amongst our users.
🧮 Gathering Ether.fi Rewards
We received a total of 44,270 ETHFI from Ether.fi, split as follows and confirmed by Ether.fi developer Tom Grant:
These addresses are:
0x0f1b7bd7762662B23486320AA91F30312184f70C — Bridger Mainnet contract used during Phase IV of Engen. Active from March 7th until May 29th.
0xeB66259d2eBC3ed1d3a98148f6298927d8A36397 — Socket Vault for weETH on Mainnet. This is where weETH deposits have been held since the May 29th launch.
0xf152Abda9E4ce8b134eF22Dc3C6aCe19C4895D82 — Gnosis Safe of Kinto. The team was holding $60k in weETH.
Ether.fi mapped all three allocations to the Gnosis Safe, and we claimed it this morning.
For the team allocation, we capped it at 100 and gifted the extra to Kinto users.
That means that 41,270 ETHFI will be distributed to users.
🎟 Distributing Ether.fi Rewards
To be as fair as possible, we have taken into account the deposit's weight and duration. This means that if you deposited $1 for two months and the other person deposited $2 for four months, he would get four times the rewards.
We prepared a spreadsheet with all the calculations below. You can check your allocation using your Kinto Wallet Address.
We just distributed 9,900 ETHFI today. On August 17th and September 16th, the remainder will also be distributed to Kinto wallets.
To see your rewards, go to your portfolio page on Kinto. You can withdraw your ETHFI to Mainnet.
