Communication Methodology: Our team will use, and already has been using, Groupme in order to communicate with one another. We can use Groupme to also determine when in-person meet ups are necessary

Communication Frequency: We don’t want to set a rigid frequency like every x amount of days, however we would like to get in contact with one another at least 72 hours before any given due dates for our group.

Conflict Resolution: As a group we will resolve conflicts by being respectful of one another’s differences and will not move on until some form of a consensus is met on how we will balance differing viewpoints/opinions.

Work Ethic: We will share an even workload by delegating balanced workloads for each project, for example each person working on different tasks for a project, or being responsible for writing seperate paragraphs etc.

Leadership: Our team will be led by balance. Each group member gets equal input with decision making for how we want these assignments to be completed.

Learning: We will make sure we learn from our failures by being willing and able to give each other constructive feedback that leads to being better in the future rather than destructive feedback that would tear us down.
