Welcome to Management Matters! We are bringing management and leadership advice to where it matters most — frontline and middle management.
Let’s face it, there’s plenty of advice out there for the C-suite. What’s missing is good, tactical advice for frontline and mid-level managers. Advice aimed directly at where the work gets done. Frontline and middle managers don’t need to read about leading an organization through crisis. They need to read about how to help their employees navigate the daily work and personal challenges that the latest crisis is imposing on them.
Frontline and middle managers don’t need to read about how to establish a company vision. They need to read about how to translate leadership’s vision into the daily work that their teams are doing.
