We all should have the right to love what we do
Remember the last time your Sunday evening felt like you were only worrying about going to work on Monday? It should not feel like that. Often this is not just for having a lot of things on the to-do list.
It can be a culmination of things unadressed:
- feeling like you can’t say “no”;
- the never ending meetings;
- the bragging about overtime being put in.
You go to work and then you come home tired.
While really, shouldn’t we come home energized, feeling like we had fun, attributed to something, created things?
I have been there, you probably have. Doesn’t really add much joy to your life right?

One thing for sure is this, it’s changing for the better. However, we’re coming from generations that:
