Unseen struggles: Leaders get bullied too

Bullying up is all too real. I know from some of the worst years of my life. Never let it happen to you.

We aren’t built for continual trauma. And it is insidious, causing colossal damage to physical and mental health.

Because there is no one major, catastrophic event, we too often fail to spot the problem.
