One of my longtime senior staff members is leaving.
I’m not panicking. I’m celebrating.
Don’t get me wrong. This was a good employee, great in fact. Hard working, smart, and all the things that great employees are everyday. The goodbye party will be epic to show all the appreciation we have for this person.
