The 4M model is intended to explain how we learn and grow. It consists of the following elements:
Motivators
Ask: “What motivates me to be a great manager or leader?”
Models
Ask: “Who are good role models for management and leadership that I can emulate?”
Mentors
Ask: “Who could be a good mentor to me?”
Mastery
Ask: “Where can I get the opportunities for mastery experiences?”
