MDX Token Swap Instructions

Below are the instructions to swap your old MDX to the newest version. Please read the instructions and follow them carefully to complete the process as quickly as possible.

**If you have already opened a ticket to have your MDX swapped or your exchange balance transferred, please DO NOT open another ticket, it will only cause delays in the process. A support agent will respond as soon as possible.**

International Token Holders:

If you are holding your old MDX tokens in a personal wallet (MEW, Ledger, MetaMask, Trezor, etc.), please sign up for an account on the new Mandala Exchange here and deposit your old MDX tokens into your MDX wallet address on the exchange.

The old MDX tokens WILL NOT display in your wallet balances on the exchange, this is normal. Please open an International Token Swap support ticket here and provide your account information and the transaction ID of your deposit of old MDX. We will credit your account with the new MDX tokens within 72 hours.

If you had an account on the old International version of Mandala Exchange, please open a International Token Swap support ticket here using the email you used to register your account on the old exchange. Please keep an eye on your email as you will receive further instructions on how to swap your tokens to the new version.

U.S.A. Token Holders:

If you are holding your old MDX tokens in a personal wallet (MEW, Ledger, MetaMask, Trezor, etc.), please open a USA Token Swap support ticket here and we will reply with instructions to complete your token swap.

If you had an account on the old US version of Mandala Exchange, please open a USA Token Swap support ticket here using the email you used to register your account on the old exchange. Please keep an eye on your email as you will receive further instructions on how to swap your tokens to the new version.

If you have any questions you can join us on discord, or open a ticket here. We are currently receiving a large volume of ticket requests, so please allow 72 hours before asking for an update. Please do not open multiple tickets, it will only slow the process down and cause confusion. A support agent will respond to you as quickly as possible.
