In its natural state the mind is calm and peaceful but things we encounter continually stir it up and we become agitated and confused. Things we like and dislike, craving and aversion it all leads us into suffering.

If the mind is empty, it is relaxed therefore we are relaxed. We are not making something out of anything, the mind is not creating and proliferating things…
