We are capable of feeling a range of deep emotions including anger, despair, fear, frustration, anxiety, pain, grief, loss. This is what makes us human. When strong emotion stings our heart, we can work to ease our own and others’ suffering by removing the sting and re-focusing with compassion.




Much as a simple mango reflects the dharma, each of us holds the answers we seek within our mind and body. ‘Mango Mindfulness’ is a resource to help bring those answers out and effect lasting positive change for mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing
