If you’re a crypto veteran, you’ve likely used limit orders, as well as DeFi yield protocols. Now imagine if instead of allowing your limit orders to lie fallow, they were put to work in a yield farm until activated. Well, stop imagining, as Octane is making that happen!

Yep, you can test everything out for yourself today with Octane’s live beta platform on testnet at beta.octane.finance. By using the Octane Finance dApp, you have several limit order options at your fingertips.

You could begin by creating a limit order pair that you wish to trade. You’ll start by setting a buy/sell amount and naming a limit price. Then, on creating the order, a base token will be sent on a yield generating protocol, earning you interest.

But what about if you’d rather be an executor who monitors and competes for pending limit orders and gets rewards from the transaction fees? Well, you can do that too!

What’s more, having recently integrated Chainlink’s price feeds, and gotten its planned mainnet beta product ready in time for early September 2021, Octane is looking to launch its new $OCTANE token on ZENDIT as a BEP-20 token!

What is Octane Finance?

Before and after you make an order on order tokens from open and proven DeFi yield protocols, the Octane Finance protocol will take over and generate interest.
All parameters related to orders are customizable by users.
When the market price is close to your limit price and other set conditions have been fulfilled, the platform will remove your tokens from their yield protocols and fill your limit order.
Octane Finance has built and deployed an executor engine that auto executes all pending limit orders based on their limit conditions. Outcomes are achieved via this network of highly incentivized executors who will look after user limit orders.
Octane will be making its executor engine open source soon, so that community members can build their own engines with custom executions.

Participation Tiers

Sherpas will be eligible to enter the highest participation tier they qualify for on a per-wallet basis. Each individual wallet may only participate in one Sherpa tier and will also automatically be able to participate in the public tier if they qualify.

Applicants can hold or stake ERC-20, BEP-20 or Polygon OM. Supplied OM refers to OM supplied on ZENTEREST or zenOM. Staked OM refers to OM staked in our staking contract or sOM.
